Turn it off in Google Play at least a day before it renews. Uninstalling Frizz or deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
In the Google Play app
- Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
- Tap your profile picture, top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Frizz.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
From Frizz
- Tap your coins at the top of your profile to open your Wallet.
- Tap Power Pack.
- Tap Manage in Google Play. It opens your subscription in Google Play, where you can cancel it.
On a computer
Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, signed in with the Google account you paid with. Find Frizz and choose Cancel subscription.
After you cancel
- You keep Power Pack until the end of the time you've paid for. Then it stops renewing and the extras go.
- Your coins stay. Coins you bought or earned are yours whether or not you're a member.
- On a free trial? Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- Changed your mind? Subscribe again from the Power Pack screen whenever you like.
Questions
Does deleting the app cancel Power Pack?
No. Google Play bills it, so it keeps renewing until you cancel it in Google Play, whether or not Frizz is on your phone.
Does deleting my Frizz account cancel it?
No. Cancel Power Pack in Google Play first, then delete your account.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Google Play, so refund requests follow Google Play's rules and start with Google. If something went wrong on our side, email support@frizz.live with the email on your account.
I can't find Frizz in my subscriptions
Check you're signed in to the same Google account you paid with. If you have more than one, switch accounts from your profile picture in Google Play.
I'm on iPhone
Frizz isn't on the App Store yet, so there's no iPhone subscription to cancel.
