A random video call that isn't a coin toss
Most random video chat apps pair you with one stranger and give you a skip button. You spend the night skipping. Frizz does it the other way round. You land in a live room that's already going, with people who picked the same mood as you, and you can stay as long as it's good.
- Pick a mood. Can't sleep, want to laugh, need to vent. There are nine.
- Tap Take me somewhere to roll into a random room with people in it, or pick one yourself.
- Watch, type or go on camera. Up to ten people can be on video at once.
- Whisper to one person. Tap their video and send a note only they see.
- Add them if it clicks, and carry on in your messages.

Free video chat with strangers
Joining a room, going live, whispering and Global Chat are free. Coins pay for friend requests and a few extras, and you earn them every day from streaks, quests and the Mystery Drop.
There's an optional subscription, Power Pack, for things like weekly Super Likes. You never need it to talk to anyone.

Omegle closed in November 2023. Frizz isn't a copy of it. It's adults only, people pick a mood before they walk in, rooms are moderated by people, and you see a room's host and mood before you walk in.
Talking to strangers on video, sensibly
Frizz does a lot of this for you: everyone's 18 or older, posts and photos are checked when they go up, and real moderators review every report with the room and messages attached. The rest is on you, and it's mostly common sense.
- Keep where you live to yourself. Your address, school, workplace and the view out your window. Frizz never shows your location, so don't give it away on camera.
- Watch a room before you turn your camera on. You'll know in a minute whether it's your kind of room.
- Be wary of anyone who rushes you to another app. Block and report sit on every profile, message and room here.
- Never send money to someone you met in a room, whatever the story.
- If someone's in danger, call your local emergency number first, then tell us.
